By accessing or using Political Duck ("we," "us," or "our") at politicalduck.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Political Duck provides a news aggregation and fact-checking platform. You may use the service for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these terms. You must not use the service to violate any law, infringe others' rights, distribute malware, scrape or automate access without permission, or attempt to disrupt or compromise the platform.

Certain features (e.g. Political Duck PRO) may require an account or paid subscription. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Subscription terms (e.g. billing, renewal, cancellation) will be presented at the time of purchase. Refunds are subject to our then-current policy.

News articles, videos, and other content are sourced from third parties. We do not create this content; we summarize and present it. Our fact-checker tool is powered by artificial intelligence and uses automated processes to compare claims against other sources; no human verification is involved in generating fact-check results. Fact-check results are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, professional, or definitive truth determinations. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any content or fact-check.

You may report content via the channels we provide (e.g. report@politicalduck.com). You must not abuse the reporting system or submit false reports. We may take action on accounts that violate these terms or our policies, including suspension or termination.

Political Duck and its branding, design, and original materials are owned by us or our licensors. Third-party content (articles, videos, images) remains the property of their respective owners. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our service or content without permission.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Political Duck and its affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or one hundred dollars if you paid nothing).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Political Duck and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will post the updated terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the service.
